Program Begins Sunday December 1st
12 week program 90 min team baseball training, 45 min performance training.
Held every weekend by our dedicated staff of coaches and performance trainers, our winter workouts allow athletes to train efficiently during the off-season. Our winter workouts are structured much like a team practice, starting with group stretching and throwing, followed by hitting and fielding drills, and concluding with a performance training session.
