Speed Training

Citius is the Latin root for "Speed", and we pride ourselves with our high intensity speed classes. We focus on a dynamic warmup, proper running mechanics, strengthening the main muscles in sprinting including the hip flexors, and the use of our Hi-Trainer machine. The Hi-Trainer is considered one of the top sprinting machines in the world and is best known for improving proper mechanics and enhancing speed development. The 8 week class will incorporate Running Mechanics, Core Strength, Hip Flexor and Leg Power Drives, Hi-Trainer Speed Training Machine, Improve 40 and 60 yard times.



For Speed training...both days are included!
